Let’s talk about you
I'm happy you're considering seeking help! You are tired, overwhelmed, stressed and ready to live a life worth living, feel happier, and take control of your life! Anxiety, comparison, and trying to keep it together gets exhausting. I get it! Constantly trying to be your best in every aspect of your life is draining. It is hard to keep up with work, family, friends, social life, self-care, and everything else! You live a mostly productive and successful life. Some days, let's be real, you feel depressed, burned-out, and just ready to quit and give up. Moving to an island and living by the beach is starting to sound really good right about now!
Here’s the thing. You’re smart. You’ve done all the research and read all the things. In “theory“ you know what to do, but just don’t know how to do it. You feel trapped. You are finally ready to give therapy a chance and be done will the five O’s: overthinking, overcommitting, overplanning, overanalyzing, and overworking yourself. You’ve recognized that all the people pleasing and the never-ending quest for perfection isn’t serving you anymore and you are ready to put yourself first.
Alright then, let’s get to work!
A bit about Me
Hey there! My name is Massiel Bradberry, but you can call me Massy. I am absolutely in love with therapy.
I’m a millennial mom, wife, entrepreneur, and licensed therapist. I’m real and laid back, and I don’t use a lot of clinical jargon. Think of the therapy room as a cozy living room where you can let go, be free, kick back, and truly be yourself. The therapy room, to me, is the sacred space that we share, and our relationship is the #1 tool. Crying is encouraged, and vulnerable talks are required! In therapy, your authentic self is always welcome. Don’t worry; I’ll be right there with you with my hair, most likely in a bun and some pretty comfortable clothes. I’ll be ready to be all in, listen with an open heart and mind, be as human as I can be, and pour all the knowledge and expertise I have into meeting your goals (whatever they may be).
