This list was compiled with love and solidarity in honor of George Floyd, Breanna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery and the countless other Black lives taken due to police brutality and all other acts of violent racism.
This is an ongoing list, please email us at hello@livingbetterlivesnwa.com if you have any suggestions.

Questions to ask yourself
Have I ever been called a racial slur?
Have I ever felt fearful of being stopped by the police solely because of the color of my skin?
Have I ever been followed or constantly asked if I need help while shopping?
Have I ever been intimidated, bullied, oppressed, or targeted solely because of the color of my skin?
What can I do to support Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) in my community?
How can I help educate my friends, family, colleagues, and peers?
Instead of “not being racist,” how can I sustainably be “anti-racist”?
What can I do right now?
